Hello and welcome, brave adventurer, to your new life on the planet Insectum-Prime as a space rancher! Your assignment is to travel this world capturing and documenting the native alien insectoid species with your lasso! To do this, your predecessors have built you a train network that loops the planet and stops at areas of ecological interest. The Organisation has supplied you with a basic home base in which to spend your well-earned cash on useful equipment. Good luck out there rancher, show 'em what for!
